There’s this black guy that’s Forever in the crowd at Rockefeller Plaza in the Today show. I turn it on and the kids i always yell “SuperFly!!!!” whenever we spot him. I refer to him as Don Cornelius.

Because i look at this show with older eyes, it is not the dancing which has me in giggles…it is the fashions. My goodness, we wore some wild and crazy shit a while ago.He kinda jogs my memory of Ron Jeremy, but…not as classy! Besides, it is simply marriage! Who inside hell takes that shit seriously?

@DGM: You did not read well, I don’t speak about my own critical mind but those of the other people here and on all the other blogs and websites, where we can see almost all the people supporting actively Panteros in this sad story. I don’t need any critical mind here because I know what happened and Psycatron, by telling everybody Panteros is a violent junky, which is pure fantasy, are not professional at all but are like kids exaggerating and telling their mom about some bad joke. I can swear that if the roles were inversed, Panteros would have been much cooler if someone has unvoluntarily damaged his equipment, and he would have not tried to ruin a career for that, even for a 7000 € damage or 50,000 €. You also did not read well for this: I did not say they weren’t professional by calling the staff etc. But only by making such a statement and gossiping on the internet. As you can see they stopped doing it yesterday because they realized this has gone too far and replaced their 1st statement with the Panteros one. An artist fame and career are much more valuable than any equipment. Two years ago a guy in one of my flat parties splashed some foam into my room where people were partying ok, not sleeping… The reaction was that the party went even crazier and people enjoyed it so much. There were synthesizers in the room, a laptop, beatboxes, guitars, an external sound card, microphones, a TV, a super-nintendo and a sound system, many people and several artists attending. Nothing was damaged. It just depends of the guys, of the situation, these Psycatron guys are not cool at all, maybe because they seem to be like 35 years or older, maybe they are heads of families etc. so they consider themselves very seriously. Finally it is said that their equipment is “potentially damaged”, not damaged, actually it was in flight cases but not locked, to damage everything Panteros would have empty the fire extinguisher, which I saw on the internet takes at least 30 sec… It seems hard to believe that all their equipment was damaged, 30 seconds is huge when you want somebody who is not struggling out of your room. And in the Psycatron statement one of the guys said he was awoken vomiting with the foam… What a story, I was close to tears. All this was romanced and exaggerated by Psycatron so that their “revenge” would be stronger. All this to conclude that even we can understand their anger, these guys want a vengeance which is much worse than any equipment damage: ruining an artist career, which is really disgraceful.

Psycatron was professional. When somebody damages your stuff like this… What can you do? The best thing to do was calling autorities, I love Techno staff etc. If they had a fight they would engage their responsabilities. That’t the way that permit apologies and maybe to get back money for their stuff (i hope…). Anyway partying too much… I think that theses kind of apologies is stupid. Even i’m totally drunk or under drugs i don’t act like this. Furthermore don’t speak about critical mind when you are in the side of somebody.

I know the guy for more than 10 years and he is a good, funny, cool and peaceful guy, and one of the most talented French electronic artists nowadays. Moreover he is not a drug addict, nore an alcoholic. He may just have been partying too much that night like everyone of us sometimes do, and did not realize it wasn’t the people he expected in this room. Artists and musicians are human too, maybe more than the other people, they can do mistakes. This was not violence, but a big misunderstanding. He surely did not mean to damage any equipment. He apologized and feel sorry about this. The guys of Psycatron overreacted a little in their statement. It is clear that they were willing to destroy the artistic career of Panteros by warning the event organizers, which is for me much worse and more loose than to splash a room with foam when thinking only about partying. He met the wrong guys. Psycatron say that “the police, I Love Techno promoters & staff and the hotel staff were most professional in dealing with this unfortunate incident”, well Psycatron were not professional at all with such a statement… This article is complete Tabloid gossiping. This kind of misinformed bla-bla has nothing to do on the Internet, it is a private life situation and it can jeopardize both sides career/fame because it incites the public to take a stand. I am happy to see that people commenting here still have a critical mind.

Hello, if you haven’t heard of Panteros 666 but have heard of Psycatron (in my case it’s the other way round) you’d know you listen too shitty music and that u’re a dickhead. Also this is not how this happened so shut the fuck up.
